I was delighted to catch up with you recently and learn of your plan to transition from building homes in Phoenix to advising others in the construction industry.
You come well qualified to take on this new direction in your career. My husband George and I began our association with Carlson Homes in 2010 after having severe issues with expansive soil beneath our poorly built home. Much of the house had to be dismantled under your supervision as soil remediation was carried out and then rebuilt. The remediation involved stabilization of the foundation beneath the house by removing and replacing five feet of soil and installing helical piers. You did an exceptional job coordinating and working along with soil experts.
The experience of working with you was so positive that we maintained contact over the years.
An unusual event occurred in 2016 which caused different issues with the home. Again you came to the rescue with advice and the action needed to resolve the issue over a period of observation and then the well executed and timely repairs this past year. These repairs fixed problems with cracking due to the sudden influx of vast amounts of water flowing by the house after the drainage of several ponds to the west of the property.
I appreciate and can’t thank you enough for jobs well done and moral support and good advice throughout my association with your company. It was a pleasure to do business with you.
